I saw some girls outside of a Walmart store today. They were selling girl scout cookies. It was so cold out there for anybody that I had to buy some cookies from them to show support.

It is a cold beauty I enjoyed for almost 20 years. One feels very very different when you walk into a freezer at below 20 in the early morning and the freezing air flows into your lung and then you blow it out like a breeze of fresh smoke.
Winter is supposed to be like this! I think we only have had one day of snow this winter so far in NYC area. It has been unusually warm but it is said to have some rain to snow tonight – small one though.
